What is a Vow Renewal
A vow renewal is a ceremony where you and your partner reaffirm your commitment to each other without any legal paperwork or strict rules. It’s not a second wedding; it’s a celebration of the life you’ve built and the fact that you’re still choosing one another.
Some couples keep it just the two of them. Others bring their kids, closest friends, or a few family members. You can read your original vows, write new ones, or do a mix of both. You get to decide what feels right for this season of your relationship.

Hear from real couples..
“We had no idea how much we needed this until we were standing on that cliff, reading new vows to each other. It felt like we hit reset in the best way possible…like we got our spark back”
-Ali and G

Hi, I’m Sydney!
Outdoor Adventure Photographer Based in Washington State
I discovered photography a few years ago while backpacking and chasing the Milky Way, and what started as a curiosity quickly became a deep passion. Today, photography is my part-time gig, but something I pour my heart into every single day.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing, paddle boarding, weightlifting, or skiing blues and greens. I’m also a Search and Rescue Coordinator, which fuels both my love for the outdoors and my ever-growing travel list.
I’m currently training for the 100m and 200m sprint for the USA Police & Fire Games, with Worlds in Australia coming up in 2027. I
I’m so thankful for my past and future clients…this journey wouldn’t be possible without you. I can’t wait to meet you

Why Have a Vow Renewal?
You didn’t get the wedding experience you wanted the first time
Maybe you had a courthouse wedding, a very traditional day that didn’t feel like you, or a rushed season where you had to prioritize budget and logistics over experience. A vow renewal lets you design a day that finally feels like you two.
You’ve grown and changed together
Who you are now isn’t who you were when you first got married—and that’s a good thing. A vow renewal gives you a chance to update your promises to match the life you’re actually living together.

You’re celebrating a milestone
Many couples choose to renew their vows at 5, 10, 15, or 20+ years, after deployments, career changes, kids, big moves, or surviving hard seasons together.
You want to reconnect and reset
Life can start to feel like logistics: shifts, overtime, childcare, bills, and to-do lists. It’s easy to go into “survival mode.” A vow renewal is built-in time to pause, reconnect, and remember why you chose each other in the first place.

When Is the Right Time for a Vow Renewal?
The short answer: whenever it feels right.
That said, here are a few questions to help you decide:

If you’re nodding “yes” to any of those, it’s probably a good time. You don’t need a perfectly round number on the calendar to justify doing something meaningful together. Your relationship is reason enough.
